& Answers

What’s the vibe?:

This four-bedroom house sinks into the surrounding beauty of both the natural reserve and expansive water views with picturesque gardens and indulgent vistas. Nestled on the high side of the street, it is well-positioned for entertaining on the front balcony and enjoying breakfast amongst the chatter of birds. Sounds relaxing right?

What’s the space like?:
Timber floors, skillion roofline, extra-high ceilings and clerestory windows – this is an architectural bespoke house. All the internal windows are designed to give glimpses of the beautiful courtyard garden, and natural light seeps through the clerestory windows at all times of the day giving the house a calming quality.

Lush. Airy. Intimate.

What about the kitchen & dining room?:

The open plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for #entertaining and boasts glass sliding doors that open out onto the front deck and BBQ area. Dine inside, outside or both – it’s up to you.

The kitchen itself features stone benchtops, fridge/freezer, electric stovetops & oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. If you’re having a quiet night in, the kitchen also opens onto the lounge room – so you’re not far if you’re having a #movienight and need to make a popcorn run.

Our favourite feature of Bay View House is that you can open the glass sliding doors and the kitchen, dining room, living room and front deck with BBQ & outdoor dining table can meld into one happy space to enjoy with your family and friends.

What if I like to lounge around?:

There’s a living room if you want to chat and be social, with glass sliding doors that open onto the front deck, and an elevated rumpus room that opens onto the rear courtyard with a smart tv. Yes, you can lounge around (and the kids don’t have to be on top of you either!).

Who should stay at the house?:

If you’re a couple after a romantic weekend away, Bay View House can feel special and intimate – no one room is too big and the setting is very private. If you’re a family yearning for a place where every member of the family can have their own space, whilst still coming together to share meals (and maybe play a board game) – Bay View House has got you covered. If you’re looking for a place to come together with family and friends, even when another couple wants to join in at the last minute – this house is big enough.

What is there to do in the area?:

Beach fun

The best beach to go for a swim and explore rock pools is only a few minutes drive away – Killcare Beach. There’s lots of parking, a surf life-saving club and can have great surf.

Boating & fishing

A boat ramp is only 30 seconds drive away (Wagstaffe Wharf) and there is a boat and fishing rental office at Hardys Bay.

You’re within Bouddi National Park so you have lots of options a short drive from Bay View House, however, we recommend the Bouddi Coastal Walk. It’s 8.5km in total but you choose a smaller segment.

Wine & dine, or just takeaway

As you’re on the Central Coast, there are countless dining options a short drive away. If you’re wanting to stay close to home though, Hardy’s Bay has a great coffee shop, an amazing bakery, awesome woodfired pizza, and an intimate little seafood restaurant – we’re pretty lucky really!

Shopping, adventure, and much much much more!
